Joy By Design are well aware of the concerns regarding security of online payment. To minimise this issue Joy By Design use the industry standard encryption technology. Payment validation and authorisation is undertaken by Propx who are authorised by the independent regulatory authority.

Any credit card details are processed by Propx and not stored on a database.
To order goods you must be at least 18 years of age. Joy By Design reserve the right to refuse orders from any person.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Placing orders with Joy By Design means that you agree to these T & C. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Delivery
Most orders will be despatched within 3 working days from confirmation of payment. If the product ordered is not in stock you will be contacted by email advising of the anticipated delivery date. If this delivery date is not acceptable you are at liberty to cancel or choose an alternate product. You will not be charged until your order is ready to be despatched to you.
Delivery Charges
UK deliveries will be charged at £2.95 per order irrespective of the number of items in the order. Delivery will be via Royal Mail recorded delivery requiring a signature on receipt.
Deliveries outside of the UK will be charged at the rate applicable for the particular country. You will be notified by email of the cost and delivery timescale prior to despatch.
Payment Methods
Most major credit/debit cards are accepted for on line payment using a secure server. Payment by cheque (with guarantee card), made payable to “Joy By Design” is accepted.
Returns Policy
Joy By Design make every effort to ensure that the product quality and descriptions are accurate. However since virtually all of our products are hand made and many items use natural stones it is impossible to guarantee the colour.
If the product arrives damaged, or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please return within 15 days of receipt of purchase.
The returned unused product should be sent with packaging and proof of delivery, including the reason for the return and whether you would like a refund or replacement. The refund will be the price paid for the product excluding postage.
* When mailing your return please obtain a proof of postage certificate available free on request from the post office. Joy By Design do not pay the cost of return postage but re-orders are delivered free
For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns for pierced earrings unless due to damaged or faulty goods. Your statutory rights are not affected.
